Great Movie, Better Book!

The movie was pretty good, but the books are so much better. Start with the first book Over Sea, Under Stone to embark on an epic adventure. If you like action packed books filled with suspense and a little bit of romance, then you will love this entire series. Not to mention its ties to the legend of King Arthur!

The Golden Compass was a pretty decent movie, but the book is one thousand times better! It is the story of Lyra and how she uses the Golden Compass to save the day! The Golden Compass is part of Phillip Pullman’s His Dark Materials Trilogy so be sure to check out them all! (The Subtle Knife and The Amber Spyglass.
